Built for us by our friends in Holland, these tower shifters are a great addition to your motorsports themed car, not just for appearances but they also function, they produce a shorter throw front to back and great side to side reduction.
There are 2 primary styles, Cable OVER tunnel or Cable UNDER tunnel. Mk1 cars are only Cable OVER, there isn’t sufficient room under the car for under mount at this point.
All cable under models come with the lever style reverse lock out, all cable over models have a spring dog on the side of the tower.
All towers or kits come with downloadable PDF instructions on function and install.
Mk2 – Cable under (order a cable over if you want, it will work)
Mk3- Cable under, you will need to install an 02j tower or order the additional 02a cables (may need to trim the console base a bit to clear)
mk4 – Cable under 5 and 6 speed (will need to trim console to clear base)
mk5/6/7- Cable under 5 and 6 speed (will need to trim console to clear the base)
We no longer offer the “lever style” reverse lockout – only the pull up ring – I have left the lever style photos for fit and finish examples only.
