We shortened up our dual pass radiator, and made it stockier, 2.5″ thick core, so that we could put a 21×2.5×3″ intercooler core on the top of it. Now we can add a condenser to the front if we need to, or tuck it all the way under the core support and make some room for that 1.8t log manifold.
We should have this ready for shipment by mid to late February, we are sorting out the last bits of attachment points, testing outlet sizes and making piping kits for 1.8t and TDIs

With the help of our Canadian friends we have put together a nice bolt in hydro clutch kit for your mk1. Now putting that six speed 02m into your mk1 chassis just became a little easier.
Our kit comes with the backing plate, wilwood .75 master cylinder, and optional slave cylinder if needed. 02m users will need a threaded bleeder adapter which will be offered soon, but for now can be purchased from vendors like 034 motorsport or ECS.

A custom radiator like OURS needs a custom shroud, well now we have one. These aluminum shrouds are designed to be used with our radiators, they can also be fitted to a stock mk1 or mk2 radiator with minimal user modification.
We are using a high quality, well balanced 10″ 1650 CFM fan. The fans can be purchased separately HERE.
Finishes for the shrouds will include, polished or raw aluminum, for an extra fee we can have them powder coated. We will be offering an option as a complete cooling package with our radiators, already wired with a relay and temp sensor all you will need to do is hook up a labeled power and ground, plumb the coolant lines and you’re running cooler than before!
